If elected governor, would you sign legislation into law that would implement no-permit required, “Constitutional Carry,” which would allow citizens that can legally purchase a firearm to carry firearms openly or concealed for self-defense, without a government-issued license, tax or training card?

If elected governor, would you sign legislation into law that would enhance North Carolina’s self-defense statutes by enacting pre-trial immunity hearings, and restoring the use or threatened use of force, including deadly force, if an individual is attacked in a place they have a lawful right to be?

If elected governor, would you sign Second Amendment Preservation Act legislation, which effectively renders unconstitutional federal gun control laws, rules and executive orders unenforceable by the state of North Carolina and North Carolina law enforcement, with strong enforcement and civil penalty provisions, such as Missouri passed in 2021?
