Tell the Judiciary II Committee: Pass Constitutional Carry!
State Representative Keith Kidwell (R-Chocowinity) of House District 79 has introduced the NC Constitutional Carry Act, House Bill 189, that would get government out of the rights regulation business and recognize our God-given right to keep and bear arms!
Constitutional Carry is already law in 27 states — more than HALF of the Country – including our neighbor, Tennessee!
But here in North Carolina, RINO politicians in the House and Senate have been blocking this legislation for several years.
Last session, this bill sat in the Judiciary III Committee and collected dust. This time it has been sent to the Judiciary II Committee. Gun owners need to make sure this committee knows they work for us – we expect them to bring up and pass this bill immediately!
And now pro-gun legislators have a veto-proof majority in both Chambers of our Legislature in Raleigh, the threat of a veto from Gov. Cooper is nonexistent. These politicians need to do their jobs and pass Constitutional Carry now while his veto can be overridden!
