Americans shouldn’t need a government permit to exercise a constitutional right. H.R. 645 and S.4013 — the National Constitutional Carry Act — would allow law-abiding Americans to carry firearms nationwide without needing a state-issued permit — and this is the time to GET THIS DONE!
